High transmission efficiency
By utilizing high power density tech, precise gear processing, and modular design, the distributed drive system is able to fully utilizing the feedback braking capacity. Transmission efficiency can reach 98.6%.
Distributed drive-by-wire systems
Up to 4 independent suspensions and 4-wheel drive. All four wheels can output torque in real-time according to demand, which provides greater stability and reliability during acceleration, deceleration, and cornering.
Low noise
The high-precision double-sided gear transmission doubles the fatigue life of the gearbox, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced noise, and cabin noise below 70dB for a more pleasant driving experience.
According to the customer's power and economic needs, we analyze actual working conditions, optimize the motor and system's high-efficiency area, then provide suggestions for VCU driving strategies or integrate economic strategies into DCU control.
DCU technology allows independent control of each tire, enabling EASR (electronic anti-skid system), IESS (intelligent electronic body stability system) and IRBS (intelligent re-generative braking system).
Precise control
MCU is able to precisely control the speed and torque of the motor, enabling the vehicle to start and accelerate smoothly.
This enhances the driving experience.
Rapid response
In various extreme driving conditions such as emergency evasion and stuck situations, the MCU is capable of instantly adjusting the motor output to ensure promptness and safety of operations.
Energy recovery
By recovering energy during braking or deceleration, the MCU converts mechanical energy back into electrical energy stored in the battery, which increase the vehicle's range and reduce energy wastage.
Less Maintanance
The main gearbox reduces initial maintenance costs, extends the oil change interval to 100,000 kilometers; maintenance-free wheel end ensures high vehicle productivity and long lifespan, thus lowering the TCO for the vehicle.
Less Electricity
Integrated electric drivetrain design shorten the transmission chain, effectively frees up chassis space, reduces system weight by over 100 kg, and decreases energy consumption by more than 15%, significant saving electricity usage for users.
Higher Capacity
The distributed drive system maximizes vehicle passenger capacity to 80 people, equivalent to a 10-meter bus efficiency, enabling higher capacity with fewer vehicles.
